1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sure Look Studio FZE LLC and our users. By accessing or purchasing from surelookstudio.com, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time; the most recent version applies.

2. Definitions

  • 'surelookstudio.com' and 'Sure Look Studio' — Sure Look Studio FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates, Company Registration No. 4431400

  • 'we', 'us', 'our' — Sure Look Studio FZE LLC and its employees, affiliates, and authorised agents
  • 'products' — personalised gifts, textiles, bridal accessories, jewellery, and home decor items
  • 'you' / 'your' — any user of our site

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Full payment is required before an order is accepted. You will receive an order confirmation email once accepted. We reserve the right to reject any order; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Your Details

By providing your details, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, not share your account with others, and notify us of any security breaches at info@surelookstudio.com.

5. Price & Payment

Prices are as displayed on the website and may change at any time, though confirmed orders will not be affected. We use third-party payment processors and make no warranties regarding their services.

6. Taxes

Prices displayed include applicable UAE VAT where required. International customers may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

7. Delivery

  • Standard (non-personalised) items: dispatched within 1 working day
  • Personalised/made-to-order items: dispatched within 5–10 working days
  • Express Personalisation Service available at checkout (aim: within 5 working days)
  • All orders delivered within 14 days unless otherwise stated
  • Delivery fees are shown at checkout
  • If ordering a mix of standard and personalised items, all items will ship together once ready
  • Once shipped, we take responsibility for safe delivery — contact us if there are any issues

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Email info@surelookstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Non-returnable items:

  • Made-to-order or personalised items (e.g. embroidery, printed designs, custom specifications)
  • Face masks or beauty products (hygiene)
  • Perishable goods

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return. Standard delivery costs are refunded; premium/express delivery costs are not.

9. Order Cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible at info@surelookstudio.com or +971 56 617 3843 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00 UAE time). Personalised/custom orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our Returns Policy.

10. Faulty Items

Email info@surelookstudio.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund. Wear and tear is not considered a fault.

11. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please return for a refund and repurchase.

12. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked shipping method.

13. Copyright

All design, text, graphics, and content on our site are the copyright of Sure Look Studio FZE LLC or respective third parties. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

14. Trade Marks

Sure Look Studio is a registered UAE trade mark. No permission is granted for use of our trade marks, logos, or brand names without prior written consent.

15. Accuracy & Variations

We aim to represent products accurately. Handcrafted items may vary. We reserve the right to update content and pricing at any time.

16. Exclusions & Limitations

Our site is provided 'as is'. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by UAE law. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sure Look Studio FZE LLC against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

19. Complaints & Disputes

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the supply of goods.
